When does my first month begin?

Your service begins once the agreement, payment and onboarding information are complete. We will confirm your first production date by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The agreement renews monthly. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the following month being charged.

What happens after payment?

You will be taken directly to the onboarding form and FirstMark Digital will receive confirmation of the new subscription.
