Practical guide for trades
What Should Builders Post on Facebook?
A builder does not need to invent content. The strongest material already exists in completed projects, progress photographs, customer questions and handover feedback.
Start with completed work
Post the finished result, but explain what changed. State the customer’s brief, the challenge, the main work completed and the location you genuinely serve.
Show the stages customers never see
Foundations, preparation, insulation, structural work and careful finishing demonstrate more than one polished final photograph.
Answer buying questions
Explain timescales, access, planning, quotations, disruption and what customers should prepare before work begins.
Use reviews with context
Pair genuine feedback with the project it relates to. Never remove important qualifications or imply a result you cannot prove.
Finish with a clear next step
Tell the reader which work you take on, where you work and how to request a quotation.
